Exhibiting is just one part of the strategy to get in front of new business (and nurture existing relationships). How else can you make your presence known and get in front of new customers?

Coffee! Yes, the fuel that gets everyone going in the morning. While other exhibitors may wait until later in the day to host their happy hours, dinners, and after-parties, take advantage of EXPO’s coffee sponsorship and help stand out among attendees while they’re fresh – and be the first thing they see for the day!

There are a few options for this sponsorship:

  1. Shared sponsorship: Purchase one of the three daily sponsorships and share the signage and cup space with two other logos for all three days. Cost: $1,999
  2. Buyout for exclusivity:

Art Requirements: All ads must be submitted as a CMYK, high-resolution PDF file with embedded fonts and images. Deadline to submit artwork is June 16, 2023.

Don’t let attendees’ golf games get rusty; help them improve their handicap while on the exhibit floor! This sponsorship includes custom-branded flags, custom-branded putting mats, scorecard with your logo or custom-branded message on back, and 100 custom-branded balls (more can be ordered for an additional fee).  

The best part is, attendees must visit your booth to get a ball to play! You’d be one of only nine (fewer if you purchase more holes or you decide to buy the whole course!) exhibitors with a guaranteed increase in booth traffic! 

  • One hole: $999
    • Includes one custom-branded flag or pennant on putting green, custom-branded putting mat, scorecard with your logo or custom message on back, EXPO-branded scoring pencil, and 100 custom-branded balls (more can be ordered for an additional fee).

Axe throwing will take place in The Networking Zone, which affectionately will be known as The Lumber Yard.

It will be THE place to engage in casual conversations and build meaningful relationships, and axe throwing is the perfect opportunity to get attendees talking about your company.

This $7,500 sponsorship opportunity includes:

  • Three days of axe-throwing fun with custom-branded signage
  • Custom-branded axe stickers
  • Custom-branded giveaway valued at $500 (SFPA will cover the design, cost, and any necessary shipping).
    • This ideally would be given to a raffle winner among all participants who hit a bullseye. Once they hit a bullseye, they’d have to come to your booth to enter their card for the drawing!

Want to be high-tech and showcase your brand on the big screen, maybe even include a quick video? Six of the 10 opportunities remain to showcase your company every two minutes and greet and connect with attendees via a 10-second display on video boards above each of the two exhibit hall entrances. Your two spots every two minutes will be seen a minimum of 400 times during the entire show!

Everyone's gonna want to have a drink and unwind after the first full day of Expo. Be one of the four sponsors to host your selected craft or domestic beer station in or near your booth during our welcome reception, which starts at 3:30 p.m. August 23!

Each sponsorship comes with 5-ounce beer sampler glasses (yes, real glass!) that have your company's logo on it that attendees can take home, so your brand will live on way beyond Expo.

Provided to each attendees at registration, the 1" wide lanyard will have the logo of the sponsor printed on both sides of the 36" long lanyard.

Sponsorship includes the lanyard production and shipping. This exclusive feature puts your brand around the neck of every attendee at the event - even your competitors!

Guaranteed to the first 1,000 registered attendees and distributed at registration, these commemorative T-shirts mark Nashville as the location for Expo 2023. The sponsor's logo and design will be printed on the back and either the front or one sleeve. All you're responsible for is providing 1,000 colored shirts and your logo!

Make your brand visible each time a hotel room door is opened. With 700 hotel rooms available to EXPO 2023 guests, your brand is visible every time an Expo attendee uses his or her hotel key at each of the official hotels - Renaissance, The Westin, and Embassy Suites.

You will have the opportunity to design custom art including your logo and booth number to be featured on the hotel key cards. Presented to guests upon arrival. Sponsorship includes a minimum of 1,550 key cards.

Your corporate logo can be the exclusive logo on the event bags, which every attendee receives upon entry. Your logo will get maximum exposure as attendees use the bags to carry the literature they gather from around the show floor - including your brand's promotional literature and items! You're responsible for providing a minimum of 1,500 bags.

Have your brand be the first thing everyone sees when they walk into the Convention Center on one of four display walls outside the exhibit hall. There are a few options available:

  • Six three-panel sections among two showcase walls. Each three-panel section costs $2,850 (including printing and installation) or claim the full space at $9,995 per wall for 630 square feet of displays on each wall.
  • Two additional showcase walls that cost $3,775 per wall for 238 square feet per display.
