Each 10’x10’ booth comes with an 8 foot high back drape and 36 inch side dividers. Also provided: black carpet, two exhibitor registrations, booth vacuuming on evening of June 13, program listing, identification sign.

Don’t forget that you booth should be staffed at all times and early breakdown is not permitted.
The Forest Products Machinery & Equipment Exposition will be held at the Georgia World Congress Center in downtown Atlanta, GA.

Early breakdown is not permitted.
If you require installation or dismantle time outside the posted hours, you must make arrangements in advance with Show Management.

All property of the exhibitor is understood to remain under its custody and control in transit, to and from, or within the confines of the Exhibit area. Expo 2015 and the exposition facility do not maintain insurance covering the exhibitors’ property. Exhibitor shall carry Commercial General Liability insurance no less than the amount of $1,000,000 per person and $3,000,000 per occurrence. The policy shall name Southern Forest Products Association and the Georgia World Congress Center as additional insured and such coverage shall be primary as respect to any insurance coverage carried by SFPA or the GWCC. Certificates of insurance must be submitted to Show Management no later than April 12, 2017. A post-show registration list is available – complimentary for SFPA Associate Member Companies or may be purchased for $99. This list will include all fields.
Expo will provide general security services at all times during the trade show and throughout the night. If you require special security service for your booth, please refer to the order form in the Exhibitor Service Manual.
Yes, you must register each member of your staff who will be on the show floor. For each 10’x10’ booth, two badges are included. One additional badge is allotted for each 100 square feet of exhibit space. These badges are to be used by eligible booth personnel only. Please complete the Exhibitor Registration form online to register staff.
More than 1,000 rooms are being held in room blocks at several downtown Atlanta hotels for Exhibitors and Attendees.

Yes, you may offer food and beverage in your booth. All items MUST be purchased through the GWCC catering department. Please refer to the Exhibitor Services Manual or contact Eric Gee at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Yes, the Exhibitor Lounge will be located in room A309 and will have coffee, assorted soft drinks, and water. The lounge will be open during move-in and installation beginning on Monday, June 12th and during show hours June 14 – 16.
